Pianoforte con Mano
Pianoforte con Mano

What a thrill it is to write this section! I’ve always had a special connection to music, starting as a child listening to my mother sing songs by Mina, Zero, Baglioni, and Battisti, growing as I found myself singing in a rock band, and solidifying today with my determination to learn how to play the piano.

The way the Aritmia Rock Band was formed was quite bizarre, I don’t think this is the right time to tell you about it…

I confess that I am not a big fan of concerts in stadiums or the Arena di Verona (which I appreciate for Opera), my genre is more oriented towards intimate live performances, where there is the possibility to interact with the artists, even just through a simple gaze. I love to capture the expressions and emotions of those who play or sing. For example, Sofar is exactly the context that suits me.

For international famous artists, I am content to observe and listen to them comfortably lying on my couch, although I’ve gone to a “big concert” with friends in the past, mainly to enjoy their company.

I have attended courses in music production and multimedia audio; I have set up a small recording studio in my home and occasionally I tinker with some work.

In this section, I will talk about what I use to sing, play, and produce, and what my experiences have been in the musical field.
