The Alpha Channel connects the G Center to the Throat Center through the Gate of the Self’s Role (7) and the Gate of Influence (31). This is the Drawing of Logical Collective Leadership that looks towards the future.
Logical Leadership is based on tested and established patterns that can be followed with certainty.
Gate 31 is the Collective Leader, and its Voice carries the quality of Influence. Gate 7 provides the Logical Role necessary to Lead and Guide Society; it is described as the power behind the throne.
Its six Lines name the Leadership Roles that we often use in interacting with others, such as the Authoritarian, the General, and the Administrator.
Background
As residents of a global community, we are familiar with the Collective style of democracy or shared leadership. Alphas are leaders who must first earn our trust.
Those who lead through Logic must perfect their leadership ability and be able to demonstrate to satisfy society.
They must be recognized as individuals who grasp present patterns, understand trends, and are in touch with people’s needs.
Most importantly, they must be invited (elected) by the majority to lead. The length of their term is determined by the electorate’s assessment of their performance.
Collective leaders are empowered by the majority rule, which differs from the Tribal Autocracy or the Individualist’s Personal Example.
Personal
There is a saying about Wolves: not all Alphas lead packs, but no true Alpha will remain in a pack led by another Alpha.
You may not become the leader of a community or a nation, but you will naturally seek your arena of Influence, your pack.
Once you’ve found it, you can draw attention to the essential qualities to keep society on the right track, but you can only point the way for others.
You can’t do it for them. Leading from a position of Influence, rather than absolute authority, is the key to your success and maintaining your sense of well-being.
Interpersonal
Leadership in this Channel is better described as Influence because the Alpha Channel is not connected to an engine and is focused on the future.
The Alpha might say, “Doing this or that will work,” but until the majority has elected you to lead them in doing it, it won’t be done.
The Collective Leader says, “I will represent you and share leadership with you as long as you do what I tell you to do – because I am right.”
In other words, those with the Definition of leadership have a greater chance of success if they are leading the right people in the right circumstances.
They are much more successful when waiting to be recognized and invited by those who share the same context and are part of the same structural pattern.
Logical responses are rarely universally or long-term correct; at any given time, the pattern can be challenged, weakened, or broken.
It’s all part of the refinement process, which keeps humanity moving toward a safer future.
GATE 7: THE ARMY – THE GATE OF THE SELF’S ROLE IN INTERACTION

Gate 7 is future-oriented, with an ability to see when the present direction of society needs corrections to get there.
This is the Logical Gate of Direction, part of the Right-Angle Cross of the Sphinx (RACS).
The Substance of its Contribution to the Collective is expressed through Drawn Leadership Roles, whose characteristics are listed below as the six Lines of Gate 7: Authoritarian, Democratic, Anarchic, Abdicator, General, and Administrator.
These Roles are Genetic and Mechanical and possess extremely Conditioning power within the Collective.
Through your Role and with your Understanding of the Future Direction of Humanity, you persuade others to follow your Leadership, influencing people who are themselves in a position of Influence, especially those who possess Gate 31.
You could be the one evaluating and modifying existing patterns or questionable directions or be the Catalyst to create a new direction. This position of Influence is described as the power behind the throne.
In other words, without Gate 31, you can be a public leader but not necessarily the Representative Leader who directly influences the Collective.
GATE 31: INFLUENCE – THE GATE OF INFLUENCE

Gate 31 is Designed to be Influential. Collective Leadership is collegiate, not hierarchical. It provides a vision of a new direction and shows others how to achieve it, rather than doing it for them.
Gate 31 manifests its potential for Verbal Influence through Election.
When Money is the Energy used to move a person into a position of command, rather than the cooperative will of the people, the overall ability to secure the future of humanity is easily distorted.
Your ‘Voice’ through Gate 31, “I Lead,” is not heard until it is supported by the Majority Energy.
People are the ones who must act based on what your Voice says. The influence of your Vision of Society will not be transferred or felt without the Collective Energy shifting within the public space.
Your Leadership must consider the desires of those who follow you and address the common good.
To “Lead” means to influence others, for good or ill, effectively transferring to them your vision of a new and worthy pattern to be tested so that they can implement it.
Without the presence of Gate 7, you might seem like an empty Voice.
